Who we are

As a Certified Professional Inspector, trained by InterNACHI – the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and with my 25 years of experience in building, remodeling, and inspecting buildings. I have the knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation and workmanship that other inspectors might miss.

I have personally purchased more than 30 properties, so I know the importance of accurate and clear information from an inspector. Whether you are buying or building a new home, or selling the one you are in, or purchasing an investment property, it is my personal goal to provide people peace of mind when making decisions for their families future.

Owner, Mike Simmons, is a Michigan Licensed Residential Builder. We take extra time performing a thorough inspection. Many inspectors are in and out and write the report while at the inspection location. They take pictures and check off boxes in their inspection software.

• We write customized reports specific to your property.
• We take the pictures from the drone and camera back to our office, enlarge and study them.
• Often, we spot something we did not see at first.
• Then, we write custom reports addressing observations and concerns related to your property.
• If we find a problem, we explain the solution and if requested, provide names of contractors to fix it.
• Most inspectors simply check boxes in their software that refer to something close in concept to the issue.
• Creation of our reports typically take longer than the inspection.
